The free digital download of the Concrete Ghosts EP includes a digibook with artwork and lyrics. The files will be downloaded as a zip file which will need to be saved somewhere on your computer and opened. You will then be able to add the tracks to your favourite program or device. If you are using iTunes, simply drag the unzipped folder into your iTunes window and your computer will add the tracks and artwork to your library for you.
