It’s been a tough week. Seems like everyone’s doing it tough at the moment. Sometimes we forget to breathe, or smile, or close our eyes.
Thought I’d share with you a couple of my favourite links, in the hope it puts a smile on your face like it did mine.
Color Me Katie
There are some people in this world that everyone should take a cue from once in a while…
Katie is one of them.

My favourite post by her is a simple, but beautiful idea… she once missed a connecting flight and was stuck at Memphis airport all day. Instead of sitting there and doing nothing all day, she made happy little notes and left them in random place for people to find, even the janitors!
If only we all thought like that.
Post Secret
A long-running blog based on the simple premise that you are able to post an anonymous secret via postcard to a gentleman named Frank, and they are published every Sunday online. He also publishes themed books on the postcards, and guest speaks at many events.
It’s such a nice thing to realise that you’re not alone and people have the same fears, thoughts, and feelings you do.

Where The Hell Is Matt?
A guy called Matt had a silly idea to do the same dance in every country he visited while traveling with a friend. The video became a massive hit on YouTube. A chewing gum company sponsored him to do it again, in more countries.
There’s something about this video that makes it impossible to not smile whilst watching.

Creed Shreds
Nothing deep to say about this one really. A band I really dislike getting owned by the famous “shreds” trend on YouTube… classic.
Feel free to post any links that make your day a little brighter in the comments…

this video never fails to put a smile on my face
Just found another really cool video myself. The classic “Stand By Me” recorded in various locations all over the world…
